DEAR EURONATS PARTICIPANT
WELCOME:
DSRA welcomes you to the 17th EURONATS 18-21 July 2013, and we are very happy to see you here in Denmark !
We hope you will enjoy your stay and take advantage of all the facilities at the Vingsted Hotel & Konferencecenter and the surrounding area and cities. Please check out www.visitdenmark.dk or www.visitvejle.com for inspiration. There will be DSRA officials present at the grounds all through the weekend and feel free to ask any question you might have. The information booth located at the entrance will also help you 24 hours a day.
The EURONATS showground are open to the public every day. Visitors must pay an entry fee and leave the grounds latest at 17.30 every day. Guest will be wearing wrist bands in another color than EURONATS participants.
INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION FEE:
Shower facilities, breakfast buffet Saturday and Sunday which consist of different types of bread, butter, marmalade, ham, cornflakes, yogurt, milk, coffee, tea and juice. The gala dinner Saturday evening is also included and here we present you with different kinds of meat, mixed salads, 2 types of potatoes plus home baked pies with fruit and sweetes. Live music Friday- and Saturday evening plus the fantastic Rodrun.
There are indoor svimmingpool and sauna at Vingsted Hotel & Konferencecenter - there is a small entry fee if you want to use these facilities.
All subjects in the program and time schedule are subject to change without further notice. All participants will receive upon arrival a printed copy of all info and the final program for the event.
HOTEL AND CAMPING:
Hotelbooking and camping is done online together with your registration. Check-in and payment of hotelrooms is handled at the Vingsted Hotel & Konferencecenter reception. For hotel check-in, be sure to have your passport with you. Minimum booking of hotel rooms is 2 nights. Camping is booked and paid together with registration. DSRA officials will guide you to the campsite upon arrival at the gate.
BOOKING:
All preregistration is done online at BILLETnet.
BOOKING THROUGH BILLETNET, IS NOW OPEN TO ALL NON-MEMBERS!
BILLETnet charges a small registration fee when you pay online with your creditcard. Note that the sale starts Nov. 2 at. 20.00 and the price will be increased by 1st of April 2013. Last booking in advance on BILLETnet, is July 1st 2013. Rates expressed in Euro, may change after today's rate. It is possible to register at a higher price at the gate until noon on Saturday – do not expect that we can serve you dinner at this late registration point – we will try to make it happen, but no guarantees.
If you are going to book a wrong number of rooms or anything you can by sending an email to Torben Bech, on tbech@live.dk , with details of name, address, booking number and phone number, changed your order. BILLETnet will then contact you by phone!
CARPARKING AT THE GROUNDS:
According to the Danish Fire authorities, the camping area must be separated from the cars. We cannot make any exceptions from this and cars will have to be removed upon DSRA officials or Vingsted Hotel & Konference Center staffs requests.

DOGS AT THE GROUND:
You are allowed to bring your dog in the area, however they must be on a leash and / or supervised!
If you rent a hotel room, the room rent will be increased by 13 Euro. / Night if you bring your dog!
Payment must be made at check-in!
